Custom Precision Manufacturing Capabilities

VOLCRIX is a custom precision manufacturing company in China specializing in CNC turned parts, Swiss-turned components, progressive die stamping, and precision sheet metal fabrication. As a precision metal parts manufacturer serving OEM customers worldwide, we combine high-precision machining (±0.01 mm) with flexible low-MOQ production — from prototype runs to high-volume manufacturing.

Our manufacturing facility in Wenzhou, China runs a full range of processes under one roof: CNC turning, Swiss-type automatic lathes, CNC milling, progressive die stamping, surface finishing, and complete inspection with CMM and vision systems. That means your custom precision parts don’t bounce between suppliers — one responsible partner from drawing to delivery.

Products & Industries We Serve

As a custom metal parts supplier, our eight core product lines, each engineered to the tightest tolerances:

  • EV Charging Pins — Type 2, CCS, NACS charging contacts, CNC turned to ±0.01 mm with gold/silver plating for low contact resistance
  • Precision Shafts — motor shafts, servo shafts, and drive shafts with grinding, polishing, and ±0.01 mm tolerances
  • Custom Springs — compression, torsion, and extension springs in steel, stainless, and phosphor bronze
  • Precision Hinges — stamped hinges for EV, automotive, and industrial applications
  • SMT Standoffs & PCB Hardware — CNC turned spacers, standoffs, and swage nuts for PCB assembly
  • Stamping Parts — progressive die stamping for high-volume terminals, brackets, and busbars
  • AI Sliding Rails — heavy-duty server rack rails for data center infrastructure
  • Custom Precision Parts — any turned, milled, or assembled component built to your drawing

We serve the automotive, EV charging, electronics, aerospace, medical, and industrial automation industries. Whether you need one prototype or one million pieces, our manufacturing engineering team provides DFM feedback before you commit to tooling.

Manufacturing Processes

CNC Turning & Swiss Machining: Our Swiss-type automatic lathes produce complex precision components with diameters from 0.5 mm to 42 mm. Multi-axis CNC lathes handle larger turned parts up to 200 mm with live tooling for milling, drilling, and threading in a single setup.

Progressive Die Stamping: For high-volume stamped metal parts, our progressive dies run at high speeds with in-die forming, tapping, and marking. We stamp aluminum 5052/6061, brass, copper, phosphor bronze, and steel from 0.1 mm to 6.0 mm thickness.

Surface Finishing: Plating (gold, silver, tin, nickel, zinc), anodizing, passivation, and powder coating are all available in-house or through certified partners, with thickness verification and adhesion testing.

Quality & Certifications

Every precision metal part we ship is backed by a documented quality system. We hold ISO 9001 certification and follow IATF 16949 methodologies for automotive programs, including PPAP, FMEA, and SPC where required. Dimensional verification is performed on Zeiss CMM equipment with full first-article inspection reports provided on every new part.

Material traceability is standard: we provide mill test certificates for brass, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, and beryllium copper alloys. Plating thickness is verified with X-ray fluorescence (XRF) measurement on request.

Prototyping & Low MOQ

We understand that OEM buyers often need parts before committing to large orders. Our prototype service delivers CNC-machined samples in 2–7 days, so you can validate form, fit, and function before production tooling. Low minimum order quantities — from single prototype pieces to production runs of tens of thousands — make VOLCRIX a flexible precision metal parts supplier for startups and established OEMs alike.

FAQ

What products does VOLCRIX manufacture?

VOLCRIX manufactures precision metal parts including EV charging pins, precision shafts, custom springs, stamped hinges, SMT standoffs and PCB hardware, progressive die stamping parts, AI server sliding rails, and custom CNC turned/milled components.

Can you make custom parts from my drawing?

Yes. Send us your drawing (PDF, DXF, STEP, or image) via the quote form or email. Our engineering team reviews it for manufacturability, suggests DFM improvements, and quotes within 24 hours.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ is flexible. Prototype orders start from 1 piece, and production runs can be as low as a few hundred pieces. We work with both startups and large OEMs.

How fast can I get a quote?

Standard quotes are returned within 24 hours. Complex multi-process parts may take up to 48 hours. Prototype samples ship in 2–7 days after approval.

Do you provide prototypes?

Yes. CNC-machined prototypes are available in 2–7 days so you can validate your design before committing to production tooling.

What tolerances can you achieve?

Our standard turning tolerance is ±0.01 mm, with grinding achieving ±0.005 mm on shafts. Stamped parts hold ±0.05 mm, with ±0.01 mm on machined features.
